Video of a great day riding an Indian on the Dragon

Here is an excellent video showing some guys riding Indian motorcycles on Deals Gap, the Dragon. When I rode my Harley there, I definately knew what sparkies sounded like, and I'm sure glad I don't have a memento on the Tree of Shame This great road was made for an R90s and Odalisque can't wait for her next ride over there.

Bob, at the countdown indicator look for -02.17 to see the "experienced" rider take off with his side stand down. I'll just bet that caused some excitement!

I missed that J.J., but I can assure you that you are right.

That is how Long Tall Sallie got her name with Little Richard's lyrics; "slippin' and slidin' - movin' and a groovin'" in a Cameron, LA swamp, all because I didn't remember my side stand was down . The youngsters out there are saying, who in the heck is Little Richard .

I had one of those $49.99 add on parts to help keep the not so good R100 GS side stand down when parking. Big problem is when it acts like a pole vaulting stick at the first left hander. It was a good thing I was wearing my full protective riding gear!

I hope the Indian has a jiffy stand like the Harley. The noise and sparks will scare the heck out of you but they they don't stick down.
