While I wondered how they could stay in business w/their lack-a-daisical customer service, I'm sorry they are closing, rather than cleaning up their act and working to regain our trust and business.

I agree Remy and Jack (Beemer Boy). Some of the folks there are wonderful people and Bryson was very fortunate to have them work for him. I pray they find a better job soon.

Glad they were there when I went looking for a motorcycle a few years back, though I never enjoyed the feeling I got when I returned needing parts. (I don't need a dealer to order it for me, I can do that myself, I need the dealer to have a few basic parts and assessories for the bike he sold me.) I think about the money that they did not get from me when I went looking for a windshield first and later for system bags. I went over ready to buy, but they didn't stock it and seemed to not care much about getting it either. (I ordered both items from Sierra BMW and got prompt responses and quick shipping.) It also seemed to annoy the parts guys and gals when I needed the little things like oil filters and crush washers so I started getting them from the BMW Boneyard. Still hate to see them go, they were a great place to pick up Plexis while on the way over to Barbers.

Now you can save your self more money....switch to Lemon Pledge spray on furniture polish..not the wipes...no any other flavor....Lemon Pledge, motorcycle dealers and airplane pilots have used it for years... you can clean and polish just about any part of the bike... you can't tell the difference except the cost....
