Check out this web site about these two actresses that rode two GS's from Los Angeles to New orleans. Watch the video promo for the documentary they filmed during the trip. Pay close attention to the white GS in the video ridden by Tricia Helfer because it's the one I just BOUGHT TODAY. That's right, I've gone over to the dark side. Did I get your interest peaked yet? Thanks for the comments Vance and Bob, I know that we'll enjoy the GS. And now as Paul Harvey would say, here's the "Rest of the Story". As stated in the web site, this bike and a black one were ridden from L.A. to New Orleans as a fund raising and awareness tour on the Gulf oil spill. BMW loaned the two bikes to them for the tour and documentary film of the trip. The bikes were left at a BMW auto dealership in New Orleans after the trip and since Hebert Cycles was the closest dealer they had first chioce on the bikes which were sold as demos(never titled) I bought it at what I considered to be a can't pass up price. This bike has ESA, on board computor, integral ABS II, heated grips chrome exhaust,hand protection,cross spoke wheels, BMW LED extra driving lights, cradle for BMW Navigator GPS mounted and wired in, low seat, bag mounts with Vario side and top cases, and Enduro ASC. The bike had 4770 miles when I picked it up. It is a 2010 model. Idid not trade the RT so I am currently a two BMW motorcycle owner,(if anyone wants to make me a one bike owner again feel free to contact me. I'm loving it so far. I rode it home yesterday then Wanda and I went for a ride and showed it to some friends. Now comes the farkleing process. Here are a few pics I took today.

Great looking bike Gator. You haven't yet realized how good a motorcycle can be. The GS does every thing well and if I could have only one bike, it definitely would be a GS.

Thanks Bob. I really love my RT but the GS is lighter and very responsive with the new cam-head engine. I'm liking it more and more every time I ride it.
