Preping the crawfish

Spent the day helping Stacy catch crawfish in his pond. We caught 7 1/2 sacks Tuesday and today. Took home about 10 lbs today and boiled them for Wanda and me. They were gooooood. It's looking pretty good for next week. The crawfish are getting bigger each run. Stacy is going to bait up real heavy and grade the size a little better for Saturday. I'v been talking to the crawfish on the two runs I made this week and have convinced them to attend a party at which they will be the guests of honor on the 26th. They are so excited. Crawfish are not very bright you know but they have good taste, or is it that they taste good Either way see y'all at CAJUN CHAOS next weekend.

P.S If I can find a helper I may get into the pond one night and catch a few frogs for the Alabeemers. Can you say fried frog legs.

For those of you who eat frog's legs you'll be happy to know that we will be serving some up at the CHAOS that were personally caught by Wanda and me. We went out the last two nights and caught a few nice big croakers. That Wanda is a frog catching cajun woman. We'll probably go out one more night this week and get a few more so we'll hopefully have enough for everyone who wants some. RIBBET.
