    Need a room at Atmore

    Hi Everyone-- I am a new member. I would like to attend the get together at Atmore this month. I tried to reserve a room in the area but NONE are available. If anyone has a room reserved and either has to cancel or needs a person to share the expense please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.

    P.S. I scouted out the town this weekend and found a good cafe called Happy Daze. They serve breakfast all day!

    Welcome Bob...great to have you aboard! Looking forward to seeing you at Little River. The Bonner's are planning a great time. Most folks camp but they do have one cabin there if it is available. Check it out with the park.

      If memory serves me right, there is a motel at hwy 113 (exit 69). That's about 12 miles North. I can't remember the name of it, but someone in the area may be able to tell you. There is also a Ramada Inn on hwy 21 just South of Down town Atmore. It looks to be about 10 moiles from I-65. Best Western is at the Atmore exit (exit 57) and according to expedia they have rooms available that Saturday night.

        Thanks Bill-- I think the Best Western is the only one I didn't contact. I am in business for Saturday night. See everyone on the 28th. Ride safe

                sounds great! I plan to ride down with Mr. Steber on the ABEES ride. I believe this will meet up in Alabaster early Saturday morning for the ride down It would be great to meet up somewhere. I am sure Bob will see this post and fill us in on the details. Lookin forward to it!

                  Mr. Steber just communicated to me that he will be leaving on Friday for the ride down. I will meet him and his posse at some point.
