    New Member - Mobile, AL

    Recently joined this forum and BMWMOAL. I normally ride a few times a week and am always game for a cup of coffee. If you're in the area look me up.

    This weekend for me is the Road Dog Run sponsored by the Viet Nam and Legacy Vets MC in Lillian, AL and Sunday will be at the Annual Vintage Bike Show at Dauphin AL.

    Hope to be at some of the BMW events in the future.

    Maybe you could make Cajun Chaos your next (first?) event with the club. It is our April meeting. April 26 - 28

    It's not too far from you --- just north of Baton Rouge. More info is available in the April newsletter.

        Yep, that looks like a good first meeting with the group.

        There is another event the same weekend about 30 mins from home for the 2nd Annual Veterans International Campout in Lillian, AL. I just hate it when there's a conflict of events...

        I told someone last night about the event in Zachary, LA. They said where's that? I explained it was just north of Baton Rouge. They suggested, with my assortment of Alabama sweats, hoodies, t's, hats (including Bear Bryant Houndstooth), caps, autographed footballs, etc, that it might be best if I stayed at home that weekend. At least the bike is black...maybe some duct tape will cover up the houndstooth pattern on the tank...

        I should know what my schedule looks like in a few days...

          Welcome Paul! After four years with our club I finally attended my first Cajun Chaos last year....Wow, I'm still talking about it! Great people, great food. Heck, we even had a couple show up from Argentina! No kidding, ask one of us about that sometime. I still keep in touch with them.
