What's the scoop on this event?

This weekend's meeting is not hosted by anyone. I know that several of the members are staying in the motel there, and are planning to eat there.
Don't know of anyone who is camping.
The meeting will be Saturday afternoon/evening, around 5pm somewhere in the area of the motel. The 2014 rally will be discussed.

Which motel is everyone staying at? I was thinking about camping, but if that is not organized...

Erik & Terese, there certainly is plenty of camping available. But you are right, this event is not organized. The "motel" mentioned is actually the lodge. There may be rooms left but I doubt it. The food is not bad at the lodge. And of course, there are many motorcycle friendly roads in the area. I hope to see you there.

Malvene talked to Don Little and it seems that Don and Barbara will be camping Friday night and Saturday night in their Sprinter, so that will provide a "base" for campers.

Wanda and I will be "camping" in the Lodge. See y'all there.

Don and I will be setting up camp in the upper campground, site # 4, Friday morning.
If you are planning to camp, I would recommend the upper campground as I think it will be cooler there.
We have found that to be true in the past.
We hope to see everyone there.

Somehow, Paul & I have ended up with a "cabin"???????. We thought we were getting a room at the motel, but found out different. I didn't even know they had cabins . We will be there sometime Friday, but are riding Sat. and won't be there Sat night. Looking forward to seeing y'all. Gail

Gail, Don and I have stayed in a cabin there before and while it is rustic, we found it rather romantic...Enjoy!!
