I can't add him to the email blast list without his permission.

Michael, Martha, Steve, I show that Michael is on the email blast list. I do not know why he did not receive the last blast, but hopefully he will receive them now.

It's true that Micheal is in the email blast database but he is not subscribed to the the "bmwmoal email blast" list. He will not receive email blasts until he subscribes to the list. Although we can place him on the list initially because he is a member of bmwmoal, we are not supposed to manually add him back unless he gives us permission (in case he himself unsubscribed from the list). We do not want to violate the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Unless Michael sends an email to us and asks us to add him to the list or indicates he wants to be added by replying to the other thread, he will not receive email blasts.
