28 foot Jayco camper for sale in BHam

I need to sell a camper that has been in storage in Birmingham, AL for two years. It is a 1998 Jayco Eagle Series, 28 foot, M-262-FK and is in good shape. It is dirty on the outside and in need of cleaning and needs a battery, as the one in it was stolen. The List price was $15,409 with the low and average retail prices being $4220 and $5080, respectively. It has a front kitchen with a three-way refrigerator, table with two chairs, double sized sleeper sofa, flat screen TV in the Living Room, a full bath with good storage in closets and a queen size bed. It also has two 30# propane tanks on the front. It will have everything necessary to hook up and go camping including most kitchen supplies. I have a new weight distribution hitch that will be sold for $200. I am putting it up for sale for $3895/OBO. I will be back east in mid June and will have it sold while there.
