Little River State Park - September Meeting 2015 - Photos

I always enjoy the meeting at Little River State Park. Partly, it's because it is close to home, but mostly, for the Bonner Catfish Fry.

Thanks to everyone that took the time to ride down to Mobile and visit Rosie's 1901. We certainly enjoyed having you and you are welcome anytime.

As always, I took a few photos, but to be honest, was disappointed in my effort for the weekend. Due to my late arrival on Friday and Saturday, the sun was already setting and the light had faded to the point my lens just could not grab enough light to make a good photo. A few of the photos are somewhat "soft" (photographer speak for being out of focus), but they did capture the expressions of the weekend.

Actually, I liked that shot...shorts, warm fall night and a roaring fire. And, a wet cloth to wipe your brow as you sit in front of the fire in your Kermit Chair. But as someone said Saturday night, there is nothing like a camp fire to let the cares of the world float away. Regardless of the temperature. I couldn't agree more...so, break out the shorts.

Although there was one shot missing from this group of photos...not one of Vance caught in an awkward moment...lol

Thanks for posting your photos of the club get together. They were great as always. Thanks also for hosting us at Rosie's on Saturday. The burgers and dogs were perfect and we really enjoy the tour of the dealership. Wishing you and Janice all the best in your endeavor.
