Ridden motorcycles all my life.
Not had a bike for 3 yrs or so, life got in the way!
Recently moved to Alabama from the UK.
Looking for a new or used BM in the near future.
Glad to see a BMW community thriving here.

I can't make this weekend unfortunately, I will get round to sorting things soon.
In the UK you can do advanced rider training ( usually taught by a Class 1 police motorcyclist ) and qualify as an advanced motorcyclist through the institute of advanced motorists.
Is there anything similar here?

Hi Damian, glad to have you here. We look forward to seeing you at an event soon...we would love to have you join us! We do have a great resource for rider training here in central located in Montevallo, AL where the AL Traffic Safety Center is based. Look them up and check it out. If we have enough interest we could have the opportunity to put together a group training session.
