ATTENTION LADY ALABEEMER RIDERS!
At the latest club meeting, club co-founder, John Harper, made mention that 21 years ago there were only 5 Lady Riders: Connie Reaves, Terese Stevens, Susan Galpin, Margaret Hoffman and a lady friend of Harold Crow's. We've come a long way, Baby!! Nowadays, seeing a woman riding her own bike is nothing new, but still inspiring.

Ladies, if you are a Rider, please submit your name, number of years riding and definitely a picture of you with your 'steed' to Terese Stevens (terese_35801@yahoo.com). We'd like to acknowledge our Lady Riders in an upcoming newsletter and create a collage photo of our Lady AlaBeemers. Deadline would be 8/31 and will be possibly featured in the October newsletter and then on the website. Your participation would be very much appreciated!

This Means "WAR"

Very low turnout for photos of the "Women Alabeemer Riders". So far I've received some great photos from: Jeanne Zibell, Kay Headrick, Donna Fearing, Joan Ware, Susan Galpin, Margaret Hoffman, Len Rainwater, Elaine Vechorik, Deborah Parsons, Rhonda Allred. Sure would like to have the rest of you included. Am giving one more month to submit photos for this project. If you don't have a picture now, it'll give you a spare few weeks to get one! If you don't have a current photo, don't worry. A few of us are using our 'young & skinny' photos <heh-heh-heh>.
