Hey all,
BMW Motorrad has commissioned a survey that performs some level of analysis of who our club members are, what they want from a club, some demographic information and the like. They'll use this survey to help tailor their support of clubs and club life, but it will also help them determine whether they should offer things like club specific equipment packages on new vehicles for both cars and bikes.
As one of the three North American factory recognized umbrella clubs (us, the RA and the BMW Car Club of America), we represent the largest single market and club membership block. Collectively, we have somewhere in the range of 150,000 members in Canada and the US, so BMW AG is very, very interested in our input.
You'll see us promoting participation heavily through the end of the year when the survey closes. If you're part of a local club, please pass this link along to your club. The more participation we have, the better insight BMW will have into the mind of the club member and BMW enthusiast.
The survey will probably take you between 15 and 25 minutes to complete, which I realize can seem like a long time. But the input you provide will help BMW AG continue to support clubs like ours.
So please, take a bit of time to visit http://www.psyma-surveys.com/uc/bmwclubs/ and fill out the survey.
On behalf of the BMW MOA, BMW AG and club enthusiasts around the world, thank you.
Dave
BMW MOA President
