  • Credit where Credit is due

As most of you know, I got my butt soaked when we first tried the All-around Alabama Challenge. When I completed the challenge on the second attempt, I used my Bogarts 25% discount to purchase a pair of Olympic winter weight waterproof riding pants. The fourth time I rode in the pants I encountered a pretty good rain storm. Again my butt got wet and to say I was a bit unhappy with my purchase may be an understatement.
I called Bogarts and reported my concerns to Darwin. Darwin told me he would be glad to swap the pants out for another pair.
I called Darwin this past Tuesday and told him I would be bringing the pants in on Thursday for exchange and requested if he had my size to lay them back for me. On Thursday, Darwin told me he didn't have my size but had ordered them for me. Now I thought I was facing another 240 mile round-trip to pick up the pants. But to Darwin and Bogarts credit, Darwin told me he would ship me the pants at no cost once he received them.
Today the big brown truck stopped by and dropped off my new pair of pants.
Thank you Darwin and Bogarts for good and quick service on this issue.
I know we have been quick to throw darts at you when we have not been pleased with your service, so I am only too glad to pass along my accolades. Again thank you.

    My two cents

Darwin has given Bruce and I excellent service, also. He has never balked at a return or request we have made. He has gone out of his way to make sure that we have what we need, and is always ready to handle any special request. Bograt's has a valuable employee and should take care to keep him around.

      Darwin

I have known Darwin long before he went to work at Bogarts and can also attest to his good character. You are right, they did themselves a good deed to make him the parts manager.
