Knee pad

One of my knee pads (r1100rt) is separating from the fairing. What adhesive should I use to re-attach it? Thanks...Cosmo

I'm a fan of Gorilla glue.

Peel it off completely, wipe the inside down with de-natured alchohol and then get some body panel adhesive tape from ab auto parts store. That will work perfectly and will not be messy. I have used it several times for the panels.

Before peeling off the pad, lightly draw an outline around it on your tank. It will go far for aligning it correctly when you glue it back on.

First I used my Dremel tool and completely cleaned the pad. Then I checked the pad for fitting. Tried the double sided tape method but the pad did not seem to want to adhere. Used Gorilla glue and although messy worked. Thanks to all...Bob
