I agree JB...the "un" wired world is so much easier...but sometimes it is a trick to learn how to use it. I now have the Sena 20s and really like the intercome / music and phone integrated together. And the 20s has the FM also which is really good around populated areas...sometimes the 600+ songs I have on the phone get old you know
