    Thanks Martin.

I've ridden by there often, but never stopped.

There is a campground across the road from the restaurant and I saw RVs there, but don't remember seeing tents. Did they mention anything about tent camping availability?

Bob, I noticed that there is a campground across the road but they did not say anything about it. I will email them and get an answer,

Thanks Martin. Turner's corner is an excellent location for riding some great roads. I hope that there is a good camp ground there also.

Bob, Check out Vogel State park. http://www.gastateparks.org/Vogel/ It is on Highway 19 just south of the 180 intersection. I know you must have noticed it on your way by there many times. They have 35 cabins and over 100 camp sites. Suz and I were going to take our RV over there and tow the bikes last fall but a trip came up and we had to change plans. As for Turners corner we have eaten there more than once and it is a good stop. I don't think the fact that TWO is gone will make North Georgia any less of a destination for two wheel adventures.

            Thanks Jim.

You are right, I have noticed the sign, but did not have a reason to check it out. I really enjoyed staying at TWO and having a good place to eat without having to move my motorcycle after a long day of riding.

              Bob,
You are right on about that. I'll just have to bring the RV so we will have a kitchen. Then the only problem will be having someone who can cook.

                      Here the response about campgrounds.

                      Morning Martin,
There is a campground just down the road (100 yrds.) but it is an RV campground, they do not allow tents. However, there are 3 campgrounds within 3 miles of our store, one which has showers. They are Chestatee W.M.A. (primative), Boggs Creek, and Desoto Falls (showers). We are approx. 15 miles from Vogel Park.
Thanks for passing the word along. Looking forward to meeting you, please be sure to introduce yourself when you stop in.

                        Thanks Martin.

Looks like I will have to find my cooking gear. Actually, when I think about it, grilled thick pork chops have never tasted better than when grilled over a camp fire .

                          Bob,

You are right. It's hard to beat cooking out over a fire. Maybe a steak instead of pork chop. Need to make it happen soon!!
