First of all, Rodger was found on Saturday. He might have passed away as early as Thursday. Many of you will remember Rodger as a vendor at our Chicken Rally, if not as a personal friend.
My heart is heavy, and I know I will miss him.

The viewing is 6:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday night (4/26) at JC Green & Sons. 10301 North NC Hwy 109, Winston Salem NC. Condolences can be sent to 1300 Mock Rd. High Point, NC 27265. The funeral at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, also at JC Green

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations to St Jude, American Diabetes Association, or Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation would be appreciated.
On a personal note let me say the many of us who knew and loved Rodger feel a deep sense of personal loss, but we rejoice that he is instantly healed of his many bodily afflictions, and we know he is now reunited for all of eternity with his beloved wife Janice.
I have been asked by many about the exact cause of his passing. I do not know about that and we may never no for sure.
We ask for your prayers of support for Nanette, David, Jenny and Juli as they experience this loss.
