He should be pretty sober by then. Having seen the inside of several prisons with CMA I can attest to the fact that it is a very sobering experience just to see the conditions in person. Hopefully it will change his ways and there won't be more casualties in his path. The only good thing is witnessing your strength and strong resilience.

That is good to hear. I am amazed at the differences in state law. When Krista and I were hit in WV back in 2007, the driver was found an hour later and was so wasted that he could not stand or talk to the WV State Trooper that arrested him. He received a fine of $1.50 from the magistrate and lost his DL for 3 months. It was not a felony they say, just leaving the scene of an accident where property damage occured. What a flippin joke! I guess I could have fought it and gone up there for a trial but I know what the outcome would have been.

Great to hear this Eric. Not as much of a sentence as he should have gotten but at least he will be off the roads for a while and have time to think about what he did. The wheels of justice turn slow but at least in your case they still turn. Great to hear from you and hope you are doing OK.
