Oh my. Tony is one of my favorite people. He would always call and get his raffle tickets from me. He was the instigator of many a practical joke and was a lot of fun to be around back when he was riding with us and coming to meetings all the time. I have greatly missed his presence in the last few years. Thanks for letting us know Don.

Don, this is sad news, thank you for letting us know.
Tony did a great job with his shrimp and mudbug dinners at Gulf Shores. Not only that, his red beans and rice was the best I ever had. Tony shared his recipe with Kathy and I and we have never been able to come close to his quality and flavor.
Tony and his family will be in our thoughts and prayers.Bob Steber

Thank you Don for the info. I'm so sad to hear the news of Tony passing away. Tony was a long time member and always willing to help. His red beans and rice was a big hit at our Gulf Shores get togethers. His membership dues were always the first one to reach me.
My thoughts and prayers to the family. >>>>>>>> Marty Simpson

Don,
I am the Central Alabama District Ride Captain for the Patriot Guard Riders. I am sure that you and your club are already aware, but just in case you haven’t heard, Tony Allison of your Montgomery Chapter passed away early yesterday morning. His widow has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of her husband (which is what we do for former military members) at his visitation and funeral.
She happened to mention that he was an avid motorcyclist and a member of your club, so I wanted to make sure that you are aware of his passing and to give you the details of his visitation and funeral. It will be held this Friday, 26 July, at Southern Memorial Funeral Home, 3154 Highland Ave in Montgomery. Visitation will be from 1:00–2:00 with the funeral being held from 2:00–3:00.
PGR will stand a flag line outside the funeral home from 12:45 until after the funeral service begins at 2:00. If any of your members wish to stand the line with us, they are certainly welcome to do so.
God Bless. Ride Safe.
Tommy
