Sanford Colley

Club member and riding buddy Sanford Colley has had a rough few months and is in a rehab facility thru the end of February. He's been in and out of the hospital, first with a knee replacement, then with a bacterial infection in his heart affecting his Mitral valve, and ultimately heart surgery for repairs to the Mitral valve and a coronary artery bypass graft. He's recuperating slowly and your positive thoughts and prayers will help.

Sorry to hear that about Sanford. Is he at home or in rehab? Does he live on the lake down there by Vance?

John, thanks for posting this and I sure hope Sanford is finally on the mend. He has certainly had a rough go of it. He is surely in our prayers.

Sanford is in a rehab facility.
He and I live about 1/2mile apart across the lake from Vance. JB

I visited him Tuesday for the first time since his heart surgery and getting out of ICU. Based on that visit, I think we should wait until he's out of the rehab facility, which will be the end of Feb unless something changes. He wanted me to take him home so he could get his truck and go run errands...clearly not something that I could do, so I had to gently ease out without confusing him more or upsetting him. All thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
