  • Larry Camp

I called Larry day before yesterday and have just been too busy to post.
He had the first surgery on his left hand last week. It's stil iffy. He hopes for improvement soon. He was going back in yesterday for a check up on his right hand that is swollen so large. Myrtle says "baseball glove". EEEkk
Larrry said he looks back and thinks this was coming on for a very long time. The swelling in his hands is definitely a symptom of carpal tunnel but a rare one. So he's got the problem of that and the doctor wanting the swelling to go down before surgery.
He says there is "some" relief in his left hand but not near enough yet.
So let's send up and out all the good thoughts, prayers and wishes we can for good ol Capt. Pecker. to recover fully and get some relief from his pain.

Best wishes Larry. I hope all goes well.

I thought that we promoted him to Major Pecker in 02, but decided it might be too naughty for this mild crowd and skipped straight to Col Pecker.

Could that have anything to do with the carpel tunnel?

      Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Really I will keep you in my prayers. Any surgery can be serious. I hope you get better soon.

        Steve,
I believe when Vernon was club Pres. we promoted Larry to the well deserved position of Navy Captain so we could honor his great work and continue to call him Capt. Pecker.

In a more serious vain, We have been at Nauvoo all weekend and now that we are back was wondering if anyone had any updates on Larry?

Larry, We will mention you in our prayers.

          Our Prayers Also!

Wanted to wish you a speedy recovery Larry! You have our prayers and our hopes that you recover quickly. I find that is getting older isn't what it's cracked up to be! I couldn't find my crowbar to get out of bed last week!
