Darlene had an accident on Friday night at Nauvoo that hurt her wrist and nose. After going to the emergency room she troopered on us with all weekend! She had surgery on her wrist today. Surgery is scheduled for Thursday on her nose. I know all this won't keep her down long! Keep Darlene in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Next time I see Darlene I'll have to give her one of my Ranger Tabs, because, it's rare that I see someone capable of handling that much pain for so long. Darlene, truly "Hard Core" Take it easy now trooper, kick back and enjoy the pain meds, get plenty of rest and heal. We're all wishing you the best.

Darlene had surgery on the wrist on Monday (plate and screws) and returned to work on Tuesday. That is what I call tough.

I have to say, "WOW!" Surgery on Monday, at work on Tues? I definitely would have milked that one for at least a couple days off!
