  • Hunting ABEES Places

You know Bob Steber has a way of sneaking in more ABEES places on us. The other day he and Larry Camp were hungry and there were no ABEES restaurants around so they added a restaurant in Cedar Bluff. They also added a big stone monument.

Well not to be out done, I went in search of these. It took some time, but I found them.

You can find the pictures here: http://picasaweb.google.com/smoothnaturals/10082009#

That area up there is one of my all time favorite rides. If you have not been to the Iron Horse Motorcycle Resort on Lower Stecoah Road, you should. It is a beatiful place with grass, a babbling brook, big porch out back with a firepit and lots of chairs. Camping is great as well as the bunk house option for only $20 per night. Bed, linnen, towels included. The meals are very resonable and the owners (John and Charlene Powell) are great.
