The overhang looks like Noccalula Falls, but I know you are not into repelling.

Yes we have a winner, sorry Eric. Bob is correct and no we didn't repel down there, there is a trail from the campground down to the falls. I don't recommend it for the faint of heart, my pulse was 176 bpm when we got back to the campground. Pics attached Later we found out that there is a stairway down to the bottom from the Park entrance but it costs $6 to go from that side.
