Diplomat Deli - Thursday Night May 6, 2010

Should be a good afternoon/evening to sit outside @ the Deli. The weather guessers are saying sunny & temps in the 80's about 6:00pm. Sounds almost perfect!

And if someone has some raffle tickets -- assuming they're not all sold out -- bring them to the Deli. I haven't bought mine yet, and I know this is my lucky year!

Does anyone get to the Diplomat earlier than 6? I have a longish ride back to Jasper and fear a welcoming committee of deer in my neighborhood.

Well Jack, I had the best intentions to get there tonight but both Mari and I were "harpooned" again by that nagging thing called work! However, I will make sure you have shot at the raffle tickets if you haven't gotten the chance

We were all hoping Mari would show. (You are always welcome, too!). Several people had tickets/money in hand to turn over to you. I purchased a book of tix from Mike Greenwood, so hope he turns in my winning ticket to you before the rally!

I know. I have just been slammed it seems every Thursday night. Next Thursday night we leave for Disney world with the grandson. The next one maybe. But be sure, we will get all the tickets turned in in time to get your name in the bucket!
