Well it's almost here. That time of year when you get to let your hair down,enjoy some good food(lots of it) and party with old and new friends. If you haven't sent us your email or phone call that you are attending remember we need that by Tues. evening 24 Aug so we can get all the grub.

Malvene has asked me to bring a couple club shirts along to the meeting for her. That was a great idea Malvene! In fact if anyone else would like to place an order, let me know. I have room for a few more! $10 each...short sleeve and long sleeve, pockets and no pockets...may not have all sizes in all configurations. Support your club and sport the colors!

Wow...what a great weekend at Kinderfest! Many, many thanks to Jim & Sheila for all their hard work to host this event. And thanks to all the ladies that helped with the prep and cleanup today! We have a great group don't we?? I hope everyone got home safely, some had a ways to go indeed!

Right you are Vance. It was another great weekend with great friends. Many thanks to Jim and Sheila for hosting Kinderfest and for all of their hard work in putting it on as well as all who helped make it a fun get together. I think I saw a few "kinders" during the weekend. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did, already looking forward to next year. We had a fairly good trip home. Believe it or not we only caught very light rain a couple of times. We probably wouldn't have gotten wet even without rainsuits. Highest temps were 85* but mostly in the 70s. We all made it home OK with no problems, just a little tired. Just finished uploading some of my pics here. Thanks again for a great weekend.

Kinderfest Thanks

Hey Everyone,

Well i think we have recovered. It was a really great time and was great to have everyone here. A special thanks must go out to all the Ladies and everyone who helped to make the party the success that it was. Although i never got to see it i heard that Sergeant Major Jackson(Malvene that is) was barking out orders in the kitchen and kept a tight ship. The weekend ran smoothly and thanks to that Sheila got to enjoy it.

Thanks all for the great pictures and Jamie you can keep that "SPECIAL" one for your own personal use!

Glad that all made it home safe with only a little rain to ride in.

There was a green riding vest found in the garage. Anyone missing one? let us know.

To all those that were unable to attend you were missed and we hope you can make it to next years party. Only 358 more days!! YAHOOO!
