Nine months of 2011 have already passed. Times seems to fly by when you are on your bike and enjoying this beautiful country that we live in. But this leaves us with another three months of riding. There are a couple group opportunities, 1st Saturday of Dec ride to Eldridge Children’s home and Annual Cajun Swamp Scooter Rally. Also plenty of days explore Alabama on your own.

This brings me to the mileage contest we have for this year. Several of you have signed up and are out there riding. For you that have not signed up, it is not too late. Just click on this link and fill out the form and then hit “continue”.

Now to the it pays to ride. Just some of the prizes are a Catoma tent, a Kermit chair and paid dues for the BMWMOAL for 2012.

What are the standings? ... Who is in the lead? And with how many miles? (I might still have a chance to add a few miles if I knew where I stood in the overall balance.)
