Bobby Steele, 20 something year member of our Alabama club had a massive heart attack several weeks ago. He is having trouble with medical bills and regular expenses and needs our help. He does not qualify for Soc Sec. or medicaid so there's no extra help there.
Susan Galpin has called me to have me post about a Poker run to benefit Bobby.
Nov. 17th - 10 AM - Starting at Moody's Bar & Grill - Church Street & University - in Huntsville
If you haven't got something pressing to do that Saturday, come on and join in the ride.
Bobby has come to a few of the meetings in the last few months with Margaret Hoffman if that helps any of you remember him. He also used to host the Club's Thanksgiving dinner/weekends back before we combined the Nov/Dec meetings so he has been a big part of the club until recent years.
Bobby is a great guy and I hope to see a lot of folks show up for this. I'm sure going to do my best to make it there.
