Back to Mickey’s this year for More Madness. All the info is on the attached flyer and on the
GS Giants and ADV websites. Feel free to post to your club pages just pass along a link so we can help keep it bumped.

We also have a Facebook page for those that use it.

Pre-registration ends 3/7/13 for the $10 savings. $45 pre-reg & $55 at the gate. Please try to pre-register just so we can plan appropriately.
You can mail payment or call with credit card info

We’ve got a few things in the works for 2013 so we’ll clue ‘ya in as we iron it all out but it should be a blast again.

Like last year Volunteers would be greatly appreciated and we’d like to line some of them up. We’ll need help in about 4 areas

I got the email too. Looks like they are improving things with the showers and upgrading potties...something that was sorely needed...as this aint no Harley event aye?? lol... They really put on a good show last year there and I look forward to going back as well. Let's get a good showing of Alabammer folks there again!!

Woo hoo!
We've got it rolling now.

With thanks to the Alabeemers, who had a great showing last year, 2012 MMM was a whole new ball game.

We definitely want to improve upon last year so this year...for starters we'll have showers & more port-a-toilets.

Mickey will have kegs on the honor system and like last year I'm sure there will be "Apple Pie" and Sotol floating around.

Cigar Man won't divulge the menu yet but we'll drag it out of him and update once it's set.

We'll have new bike games / rules this year and the logging roads on site will be open (hopefully they won't be all mud) and we're working on a few other surprises to be announced at a later date.

I love riding up there and the party last year was great...mo showers and mo pots??? awesome man!

Looks like I will be able to make it MMM. Got the DR all ready for the trip. Is everyone from the club camping in the same area? I"m going to trailer up there and should be there on Thursday. Any suggestions on gear and equipment to take with me.

hey Gator...glad you can make it! I am quite sure that Kalahan and Kruse will be forming the compound. We were able to camp pretty much together last year. If you are arriving on Thursday you should be good! Make sure you bring some good boots and of course your gear. The weather is looking pretty good but it can be pretty darn cool at night. the good thing is that you are bringing the truck so you can bring more stuff!

Glad you are coming Gator, they said to bring your own mess kit (something to eat with and off of) as they will be cooking but not providing utensils. Other than that, it is supposed to be cold at night and there is no electric so a good sleeping bag is in order. They have porta Johns and they are supposed to have showers this time. I don't know what kind.

you are right Jim...i just looked again...man the low Thursday night is 26! Then 37 & 39 but highs are mid 60's so the days should be good. And I forgot to mention the eating utensils...and that will be pretty darn important...and messy too if you dont have them...lol...
So pack warm...some know that I have down the camping thing along the TN river with NO sleeping bag..and I can tell you ...that is NOT a good plan....pack warm!!

Just to cover a couple of things.

Showers this year are to be in working order (we said no showers last year but Micky was gonna go ahead & open them until he burnt up the element)
There are 6 shower's. We've ordered more porta johns this year also.

Bringin your mess kits just makes it easier and less trash but we'll have some stuff just in case somebody forgets. We'll also set up a wash station so you can wash up.


AL as usual as showed up big time. THANKS! (I think GA beat you guys in pre-registration this year though.)

111 pre-registered. We had 71 pre-reg last year & 111 total attendance. Looks to be a big un.

Another great March Moto Madness. I have to admit, it was a bit cool but the big rain held off until Saturday night...and that was good. Great to see such an AL Club turnout there and we enjoyed a couple hundred miles of some great riding!!
