Riff's is now Baha Burger

Riff's Burger Bar -- in Hoover, AL -- where a few of us diehards meet almost every Thursday night and talk, has changed its name (back) to Baha Burger. Riff's recently changed hands (back to one of the original founders), and he's taking it back to its original routes.

If you haven't been to Riff's/Baha Burgers, they serve a great burger (lambburger, chicken burger, veggie burger, etcetera), hotdogs, good fries, onion rings, and okra. No BBQ. Beers are reasonable priced for those so inclined. And the patio is in the shade -- ideal for those warmer days.

Hey Jack, what is the address? I might be in town on 4/23, which is a Tuesday, on the way to Cajun Chaos. Would anybody be interested in meeting for a burger a couple days early?

If I'm back in town, I wouldn't mind an early burger. Not sure when my plane's due back that day.

Baha Burger is on Chace Lake Circle, about 1/2 mile or so south of John Hawkins on US31. It's the endcap, nearest the highway, so it's pretty visible (other than the sign is in DARK BLUE!). Coming South from the Galleria, you'll pass by Jim'N'Nick's, the Marriott Courtyard, CVS Drugs, and it's in the next strip, walking distance south of CVS. All these places are on the same side of US31.

Just checked my schedule this a.m. We won't be back in town until late on the 23rd, so we'll miss Baha Burger on Tuesday. Sorry we'll miss you and Melanie. We will be there -- as usual -- on Thursday pm.
