We have never been to the Nauvoo meeting. We are not going to be able to stay this time, but are going to try to make it for a while Saturday evening. Somebody tell me about it. Where will we find everyone? What are the Saturday dinner plans?

Well, you can't miss it if you go to Nauvoo! . Gary Nesmith & Darlene Massey have organized this one, so one of them can tell you & Beverly about dinner plans. I would like to know too. Hope to see y'all there. Gail

Really glad you and Beverly are going to your first Nauvoo meeting. The center of activity on Saturday night will be at the Harbin hotel. As Jamie said you'll see it and we'll find you. We are planning on having an old fashioned southern "meat and three" type meal that night. There will be plenty of vegetables,cornbread, and
deserts. So, bring your appetites. More details are forthcoming in a email blast to all members today or tomorrow.

in a tent...lol....I have to imagine the rooms in the hotel (there are only a few)are long since booked. He has plenty of tent space and even RV space....but I am sure you are planing to ride that new ride!

Bill, I don't remember if there is water but there are plenty of power hook ups for your camper. We have had our RV there several times and Vern had his Sprinter there last year. There are restrooms and showers on the campground. Here are pictures from last year.

Hey, everybody I've got some late breaking news. We are having a ride to Winfield, Alabama on Saturday morning leaving from the Harbin hoel at 10:00. The ride will be led by "Mr. Backroads" himself, Martin Benson. We will help celebrate Winfield's annual "Mule Day" and eat lunch at the newly reopened Boar's Butt B.B.Q. So make plans now and join us.
