The Blue Spring State Park meeting was my second time to visit Abbeville. Last year, I took a a lot of photos and was looking forward to finding more interesting places this year. I was not disappointed. On my drive to Huggin Molly's I took a different route down Washington Street and came upon a completely restored Standard Oil Service Station.
After a great lunch, I backtracked to the station and took a few minutes to marvel at how it took me back in time. I am thankful for men like Jimmy Rane, Yella Fellow, for his part in preserving the history of Abbeville.
BTW: I am working on the photos from the meeting and will post as soon as possible.
