Barber 2009 Events

For those of you interested in attending events at the Park or volunteering at the Museum, there are 2 new events coming this year - the Indy Racing League Pre-season Test and the 45th Anniversary of the Mustang. Here is the actual schedule:

March 21 - 23 IRL Pre-Season Test

April 17 - 19 45th Anniv. of Mustang

May 1 - 3 Honda Superbike Classic

July 17 - 19 Porsche 250

Oct 9 - 11 Barber Vintage Festival

Does either our local or national club affilliation get us a discount at Barber's for events like this weekend's Honda Superbike Classic? When purchasing tickets online there is a field to enter a password for club discounts.

Our club does not have this at this time but I need to check to see just who "qualifies" for the discount. Thanks for asking.

I don't have an answer yet but I have heard that there is a code on the Chick-Fil-A drink cup that will allow you a $5 discount. This is totally 3rd or 4th hand info. I'm thinking this is for the sponsors to give to their people.
