Shiloh Rally

Is there a group going to Shiloh? I would be interested in riding with a group and have never been to Shiloh. Is the rally worth attending?

This rally is one of the good ones for sure! There will be several of the AL members headed that way from all directions. Not sure if we are going to make it yet or not..but we are going to try. The theme this year is "tie one on" so if you are going be sure bring your wildest tie!!!

I went last year and the ride up was great. The rally is near the dam and in a great location. I plan on riding up from Jasper, leaving early Saturday, if anyone wants to ride up with me let me know. They say "it's the best rally by a dam sight." Contact me via this site or by cell (205)300-3701.

Where is a good place to meet Saturday Morning and what time will the entourage be departing Jasper?

So far you and I will be that entourage so I guess we could just decide. I thought I would go by Jack's on 9th Ave. for breakfast and leave there about 7:30. I heard that David may want to go and we could meet up with him at Brown's at Five Points. Last year I just rode up through Florence then went toward Waterloo and it is not too far up to the park from there. The road out of Alabama that turns into TN 69 is a great road.

David said he would be going. He is to let me know tonight about the times and meeting place. I would advise you contact him so we will all be on the same schedule. It doesn't matter to me where and/or when we meet.

Great, Are you planing on wearing a tie as directed in the theme for attending the rally? Wonder if is a "snipe hunt" trick on the new guys?

Members of the Jasper area group will be meeting at Browns Grocery at the intersection of HWY 257 (Curry Highway) and HWY 195 / Brakefield Dairy road at 800AM. This is a few miles north of the old highway 78 by-pass going up HWY 195.
