2nd Annual Black Friday Ride

This will be the second year in a row that I will schedule a ride on Black Friday. I would like to make this an annual ride that everyone knows about. I did this ride last year and with great success as there was no traffic at all on the back country roads headed to west Georgia. Last year I led the ride and we went over to Columbus, GA. This year I'm thinking about the same ride or maybe change it up a bit and look towards Lagrange or Newnan. I would like to be able to include some of the northern alabeemers and the ride will meet somewhere in the Wetumpka or Alex City area. Excellent idea Brian! I would be there except Mari and I will be in Apalachicola the entire weekend getting all we can out "summer"! lol You guys have a great ride and stay away from any shopping malls!

Okay guys and gals, I will be headed out of Alex City at 10 am. I am attempting to put a link to the GPX in this message. We will be riding over to Newnan, GA and stopping in downtown for lunch at Meat 'N Greet. Then anyone who wants to do their own thing can split off from there or join the ride back which I am working on now. It will be a different route than the one getting us there.....I can't stand riding the same way back! Lol
