Hello all, if you didn't get a chance to check your email, here are the details for the August 2nd Saturday RTE:
On Saturday August 11, we will riding to The Landing at Parker Creek on beautiful Lake Martin in Equality, Alabama. For more than two years, Herb Winches of Birmingham worked on the concept and debuted lakeside pavilion dining to Parker Creek Marina in 2015. “It is uniquely different and a lot of fun” Winches said. The restaurant offers fast-casual pavilion dining with salads, burgers and kids meals. With 33 boat slips, people can park their boat and walk right up for lunch or dinner by the lake. The ride will depart from the Chelsea Coffee House at 9:30AM. Please have a full tank and empty bladder before we depart.
The ride will consist of some of the best county roads that Alabama has to offer. As always, I encourage any member that wants to participate to drop me a line using the link below and let me know if you will be attending. I also want to remind you that if you can not join the group ride, you are more than welcome to meet us at the destination. The things to remember, it's all about Fun, Fellowship, and of course.... Food!
