2nd Saturday RTE 2-9-2019

For those who don't know, Gail and I agreed to try and serve as travel directors for 2019. The first RTE will be in the northern part of the state. This Saturday (2-9-2019) we plan to meet at the Char-Burger Restaurant at 3848 Hwy 69 in Guntersville. This place has been in business for years and can be really busy at times. We plan on being there and ready to eat by 11:00 a.m.

That could possibly be the best Rueben sandwich I have ever had. We got there before it got crowded. I understand there can be a 30 minute waited sometimes around lunch. Popular joint for folks off the lake and great food!

Thanks Jeanne & John for joining us! Paul & I had a good time, it was great to see y'all, and we enjoyed our food as well. We did see some sunshine on the way home too, but my feet are still frozen!
