Hi Alabeemers,
We will ride to the Little River Canyon, and on to our take out lunch at Ralph's Little Canyon Grill. After lunch, we head to Mountain Cove Farms and Hog Jowl Road. Round trip is 311 miles. We should return to Circle K on Valleydale Road at 3:30 (ish).
Meet at the Circle K on Valleydale Road, ½ mile NE of I 65 (exit 247). Stands up at 8 am with a full tank & empty bladder. We will make a quick stop for fuel at the Attalla Circle K and then take great back roads to Little River Canyon on to our take our lunch stop at Ralph’s Little River Canyon Grille (Bring your camp chairs). After lunch we will continue to Mentone and then on the way home we will ride the great switch backs into the beautiful Mountain Cove Farms valley in Georgia, and then take the Cloudland ridge road 103 to Hwy 273, Keener Gap to I 59 SW to the Circle K in Hoover. The weather forecast looks good, but a tad cool.
