So Team-HSV has selected a splendid sports bar for June’s Ride-2-Eat. We previewed the road to Tullahoma from HSV, which is similar to the planned ride to Monteagle… We completed the ride in about two hours on a glorious Friday. Frank enjoyed his four modest-sized shrimp tacos. So June’s Lunch is covered!
We then rode a modest 6 miles north to the Cascade Hollow Distillery {aka George Dickel’s historic establishment: https://www.georgedickel.com }. Beside their whiskey, I guess we like to visit cause Retired Vets get a free tasting of four of their fine spirits (regular fee = $20)… Bring your military ID should you choose to participate. I suspect the weather will be warmer than the 60s-70s we enjoyed.
We’ll shoot for an 11:30 arrival at 119 NW Atlantic Street on Second Saturday.
