Ride to Club Meeting September 25th

I will lead a ride to Shell Mound for anyone interested in going up on Friday AM.

This ride starts at the Shell station on Hwy 11 in Trussville (Exit 32 off I-459). This ride will be all back roads with a lunch stop at the Wildflower Cafe in Mentone.

Riders meeting will be at 8:30 AM and we will leave at 8:45 AM.

What time do you plan on being in Mentone at the Wildflower Cafe? Suz'anne and I are leaving the house at 0700 and will be there around 1230-1pm. Maybe we can catch you guys and then ride to the campground with you.

Thanks Martin. A very good friend of mine lives in Mentone. He plans on joining us for lunch and then ride over to the campground for the afternoon. His name is John Merrell and some of the club members have met him. I will have him meet you guys there around noon and we should be there soon after.

We may end up arriving Mentone a bit later than I thought, probably closer to 1pm. If so, we will just meet up with everyone at the campground. I plan on taking a scenic route up so the going will be a bit slower.
