Orlando "OAK" Okleshen died this week near his home outside Chicago. Ambassador, Friend-of-the Marque and
well respected technical airhead specialist. He will be sorely missed by the old school BMW enthusiasts and
aficionados.

Oak Okleshen was a lifetime Airhead and friend of the Marque. He is best remembered by old school
BMW motorcyclists with horizontally opposed air cooled Type 247 and earlier engines.
A sampling of readers would find many who do not know of him.
Excepting airheads.....the bikes that made BMW's reputation........
