Jamie, I called to see if I was eligible for the free down load, but the answer was no, so it cost $120.00 for a life time down load option for new Garmin Software and I think it will be worth it. Your statement about Corridor X did the trick which means that there are other important roads that will be there too. The time to down load is about the same for me as it was for you.Bob Steber
