Widespread Panic

WP is an southern rock band from Athens, GA....The concert venue is the Wharf in Orange Beach. It's on the canal road about 4 miles past the campsite.

Jamie, click on the "User CP" link up top there, and once in your user control panel (cp), over on the left, there should be a "Edit Avatar" link.

Find one first; you can search on the internet, I am sure a lot of folks here can chime in where to find some (stay away from the site Bill hit earlier), and you can link to an avatar on another website, or upload one you've downloaded from the Internet.

I now assume the "subscribtion" feature works. You can access it from "Thread Tools" once your in the thread. If you subscribe you should get any postings to that thread at your regular E Mail address. It has let me subscribe so I'm assuming it works.

What do ya'll think of the scrolling pictures on the home page? Cool...huh?

You can't get to the home page from here. I can't find a link in the Forums to take you back to the home page.

I just found it. You have to scroll to the bottom of the page.

I was in a hurry with the last post. I was just going to post "Ditto", but there is a minimum of 10 characters for a post. That's why I added the /Min 10. I wanted to clarify that in case some of you thought I lost my mind.

I thought it may be some kind of text messaging code like the teenagers use on their cell phones. I spent a good deal of time trying to decode it; of course I am not very good at figuring out vanity tag messages either.

Avatars

Bill and Jamie, go back to the Avatar thing in control panel, and review all the options.

What you are "editing" is not your avatar, but you avatar settings, which include whether you use one or not.

If you still can't figure it out, I will post a screen shot.
