What a great weekend. For those of you that could not attend you missed a great club meeting. The weather was great. The food was awesome and included midnight snacks on Friday and Saturday. A great fireworks display. The hosts and the entire Cajun contingent put on a great event. Goodie bags were handed out to all the attendees. The door prizes given out Sunday were over the top. It was a shame to have it end.
Good pics, Erik. We enjoyed having everyone over this weekend. I hope that y'all had enough to eat. I see you found Windsor Ruins. How did you like that little twistie road? Gator
Thanks for the pics Erik, I sure wish I could have made the trip with y'all. I landed in a snow shower here in Eagle, CO at lunch time today. It's still winter out here.
What a great weekend. It was good seeing so many Alabeemers here in Cajunland. Hope everyone had a good time. Sorry that some could not make it down for Cajun Chaos. Here are our pictures from the gathering. Sorry we didn't take more but the festivities kept us a little busy at times--and we enjoyed every minute of it. AHHHhhhhEEEeeeeeeeee>
Jim - sorry you missed this one. I showed up Friday morning in south Birmingham for the caravan expecting you there, but you were a no show. I hear that work got in the way (maybe it is time to retire?). You missed a good one. I ended up using my electrics for a good portion of the trip. 34 degrees when I left Huntsville. When we got to Vech's neck of the woods it was only 50. Gerbings rule. Once in LA the temperature was perfect.

Great pictures everyone. Jim and I finally got home... For those of you who left on-time I had a nail in my back tire so after three hours of plugs not working times four, Gator and Wanda ran me to BMW of Baton Rouge where Cory put on an old tire to get me home. Would have bought a new one but have a set of tires in the shed to go on before National. Sooooo, three hours late, we left. I got home about 7:30 PM. Thanks again to the Cajun contingent for a great weekend and all the helping hands to fix my flat.
Russ,Good to hear y'all made it back home O.K. and glad that we could help out to get y'all back on the road home. Enjoyed seeing y'all this weekend and looking forward to Gul Shores. Gator
Awww man Russ...sorry to hear about the bad luck! Glad to know everyone got in OK. We had a "chilly" ride home but at least it was dry!
It was a blast as everyone has stated. The pictures are great so now I throw mine into the pile....what is that ole saying about "What happens in Cajun country stays in Cajun country"...at least until I get home and get the pictures loaded.....
