It was indeed a great event. Glad that so many Alabeemers attended. Great weather, great food, shared with a great group of friends. Hope that more can attend next year. We may need to start breeding more crawfish though. Y'all took to eatin' dem crawdads mighty quick. I think that some of y'all may just be "closet cajuns" AAaaaaaaayyyyeeeeeeeeeeee

I can't remember when I have had more fun. I don't know which was better; the crawfish or Amelia's bread puddin', or was it the frog legs? It was all good and I thank everyone involved in the preparation of the food and the event. I can't wait to do it again. (Why do we have to wait til next year?)
